How to quickly unfollow multiple items in Salesforce

Salesforce has a limit of following up to 500 different items. It's quite a tedious task to find them all and unfollow through Salesforce UI.

Luckily, you have Xappex tools at your disposal.

Here's how you can do this in under a minute using XL-Connector 365. You can perform the same actions with all other Xappex products like XL-Connector and G-Connector as well.

1. Click on Pull Data -> SOQL Query:
   
2. Enter the following query into the query box: SELECT Id,Parent.Name FROM EntitySubscription and click on Run and Save at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. You'll get the list of all your follows in your Excel sheet.
4. Now select the rows with records that you want to unfollow and click on Delete/Restore -> Delete Selected:
   
5. Select the Id column to delete the records by and click Run and Save.

All done. You have now unfollowed any number of follows and saved hours of your time.
